Overview

Customer Driven Staffing is looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join their team in Statesville, NC. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates while maintaining strong communication with clients, all in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for hospitality and event positions
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for ongoing staffing needs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and candidate status
  • Assist with employee onboarding and hiring paperwork
  • Support payroll processes by managing employee hours and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, employees, and clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients

Required skills
