Overview

The Bilingual Personal Banker at First National Bank Texas is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions in a high-volume sales environment. The role involves evaluating customer relationships and promoting bank products and services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash
  • Evaluate customer relationships and offer bank products and services
  • Achieve monthly new account production targets set by management
  • Participate in a sales environment that may include in-store prospecting
  • Process deposits and payouts according to bank procedures
  • Verify cash and check deposits and examine for counterfeit
  • Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts
  • Sell money orders, cashier's checks, and process wire transfers
  • Cross-sell bank services and products
  • Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
