Overview

The Bilingual Personal Banker at First National Bank Texas is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment. This role involves processing cash transactions, evaluating customer relationships, and cross-selling bank products and services to a diverse clientele, particularly the Spanish-speaking population.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service involving cash transactions
  • Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services
  • Achieve monthly new account production goals
  • Participate in an active sales environment through prospecting
  • Process deposits and pay out funds accurately
  • Verify cash and check deposits to guard against counterfeits
  • Enter transactions into the computer and issue customer receipts
  • Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, and certificates of deposit
  • Process western union wires and cash advances
  • Cross-sell bank services and products
  • Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking clients
  • Perform other related tasks as requested by supervisors
