XL Pro Consulting Group is seeking a bilingual onsite recruiter to join their team in Plainfield, Indiana. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for professional-level positions, working closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and implement effective recruiting strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect position information and prepare/edit job descriptions
  • Identify and execute recruiting strategies for professional-level roles
  • Utilize interview techniques including resume screening, phone interviews, and behavioral interviews
  • Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and grow candidate pipelines for key corporate positions
  • Develop and expand the candidate database

Required skills

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience within a light industrial staffing agency
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting (phone and in-person interviews)
  • Ability to source candidates using multiple social media platforms
  • Strong ability to build professional relationships with candidates and clients
