Overview

As a Bilingual National Recruiter at Regency Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. Your bilingual skills will enable you to connect with a diverse candidate pool and ensure a smooth hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage ATS using platforms like Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo.
  • Conduct strategic sourcing via social media tools and HRIS platforms.
  • Perform behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidates.
  • Support talent management and succession planning processes.
  • Negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting initiatives and campus events.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data using HRIS like SAP or Kronos.
  • Build candidate relationships through cold calling and consistent communication.
  • Assist in training and development for team growth.
