Overview

As a Bilingual National Recruiter at Regency Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future workforce by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills to connect with a diverse candidate pool and ensure an inclusive hiring experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruiting including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage ATS platforms like Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo for efficient recruitment pipelines
  • Strategically source candidates using social media tools and HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft and UltiPro
  • Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and employee evaluations
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment initiatives and campus events
  • Maintain HRIS recordkeeping with systems like SAP or Kronos
  • Build and nurture candidate relationships through cold calling and consistent communication
  • Contribute to team growth through training and development initiatives
