The Consultation Specialist conducts immigration consultations with prospective clients and helps them understand the legal pathways offered by Solano Law Firm. Clients trust us with some of the biggest decisions of their lives, and this role exists to convert qualified consultations into retained clients through relationship building, strategic discovery, education, objection handling, follow-up, and an exceptional client experience.This is not a call center role. A successful Consultation Specialist combines empathy with confidence, structure with warmth, and sales ability with integrity. You will not provide legal advice or represent yourself as an attorney.
