Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The majority of clients are Spanish-speaking immigrants and their families. Consultation Specialists must be able to confidently conduct consultations, build relationships, explain processes, answer questions, and communicate professionally in both English and Spanish without the assistance of a translator. If you're not fully fluent in both languages, this position will not be the right fit. What You'll DoConduct immigration consultations with prospective clientsBuild trust and rapport with individuals and families seeking legal helpAsk thoughtful questions to uncover needs and identify opportunities for legal reviewEducate clients on the firm's process and potential pathways under attorney supervisionHandle questions and objections with confidence and professionalismFollow up with prospective clients and guide them through the decision-making processDeliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience from start to finishPartner closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure clients receive the support they need What Makes Someone Successful Here? Schedule & Work ExpectationsFull-time, in-office position in Birmingham, AlabamaMonday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time Although based in Birmingham, Solano Law Firm operates company-wide on Eastern Time, and all team members follow the same schedule. This is a highly community-focused position. Clients frequently visit the office in person, and you'll become a familiar face within Birmingham's immigrant community. Remote and hybrid work are not available for this role. CompensationBase Salary: $45,000-$50,000Performance-Based Bonus Structure tied to revenue collected and client depositsOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000-$100,000+ annuallyTop performers regularly earn over $90,000 per year.
