Overview

CFS is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce in Dayton, OH. This role involves high-impact HR responsibilities, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations, within a collaborative and people-focused culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary HR resource for Spanish-speaking employees, providing guidance and translation support.
  • Process weekly/biweekly payroll accurately and maintain HRIS and personnel files.
  • Support full cycle recruiting and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with benefits administration and compliance tasks.
  • Partner with supervisors on employee relations, training initiatives, and performance improvement efforts.

Required skills

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 1+ year of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Payroll processing experience, preferably with ADP
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, documentation, and compliance
