Overview

As a Bilingual French Customer Service Advisor at Hinduja Global Solutions, you will engage with customers in both French and English, providing exemplary service and support. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and provide tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product malfunctions in a timely manner.
  • Assist with product information, registrations, warranties, and returns.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in the appropriate system.
  • Provide exceptional service with a focus on creating a 'WOW' factor.

Required skills

  • Bilingual communication skills in Canadian French and English (C1 level)
  • Experience in customer service (at least 6 months)
  • Troubleshooting skills and problem ownership
  • Excellent written communication skills for email and chat
  • Strong time management skills
  • Comfortable using multiple computer systems and monitors
