Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative at CFS will provide exceptional support to customers, communicating in both English and Spanish. This on-site role in Hudson, Ohio involves addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and billing while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and effective collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English
  • Assist with product/service questions, order issues, billing inquiries, and general support
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
