Overview

CNS Construction Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Construction Operations Associate to support their daily operations in Brooklyn, NY. This role is essential for coordinating communication between clients and project teams, assisting with project management tasks, and ensuring that construction projects run efficiently from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project supervisors
  • Assist with project estimating, proposal preparation, and bid documentation
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, and project milestones
  • Support project tracking, document control, and contract administration
  • Maintain accurate project records and databases
  • Follow up on permits, insurance certificates, subcontractor documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Assist management with operational and administrative initiatives
  • Help ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction administration or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong client-service skills
  • Preferred experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or property management
  • Familiarity with project management and estimating software
  • Knowledge of construction terminology, contracts, and project coordination processes
