Overview

Heard & Smith, LLP is looking for a Bilingual Client Service Specialist who will provide support for clients navigating the claims process. This role is key in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced, professional environment focused on helping clients in need.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 50-75 calls per day in a call center environment
  • Build and maintain client relationships while proactively contacting clients
  • Focus on client retention and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a 90% or above quality score on calls
  • Document client interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database
  • Address client concerns, including those of upset clients
  • Identify urgent issues that require managerial attention

Required skills

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • High School Diploma; Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Call center experience
  • Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
  • Knowledge of computer technology and the Internet, including MS Office Outlook
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong people skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone, communication, and active listening skills
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills
  • Background in Social Security Disability Law or related experience preferred
