You will guide policyholders through their coverage and steps to get back on the road safely. Office Location: 3050 ML King Jr. Way, Tucson, AZ 85713 How You'll Make a Difference Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting our customers back on the road. Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns ensuring a positive experience. Meaningful Impact: Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions. What We're Looking For: Experience: Customer-facing Claims experience preferred. License: Active Adjusters license preferred. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
