Overview

As a Bilingual Claims Specialist at GEICO in Tucson, Arizona, you will provide support to customers when they need assistance with their auto claims. This role requires guiding policyholders through their coverage and the necessary steps to resolve their claims, ensuring an empathetic and positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and gather accident details
  • Investigate claims and collect statements
  • Assist customers in the claims process to ensure they can get back on the road safely
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
