Overview

The Senior Meter and Relay Technician role at PacifiCorp involves supervising a team of Meter & Relay Technicians and providing direction in substation protection and control work. This position requires a qualified Journeyman Meter & Relay Technician who will also manage a shop for related equipment and supplies.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise crews of Meter & Relay Technicians and other assigned personnel
  • Direct work involving substation protection and control
  • Manage a meter, relay and control equipment shop
  • Maintain vehicles, tools, test equipment, spare parts, and supplies

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Qualified as a Journeyman Meter & Relay Technician
  • Valid Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) license
