Overview

The Bi-Lingual Auto Title Specialist at Yield Solutions Group is responsible for assisting consumers in obtaining auto refinance loans while ensuring compliance and attention to detail in title processing. Fluency in both English and Spanish, along with strong communication and problem-resolution skills, are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather information to provide tax and title estimates.
  • Create orders for title work processing in an online environment.
  • Contact banks to check on missing titles after payoffs.
  • Open, sort, and document incoming titles.
  • Forward titles and documentation to processing vendors.
  • Resolve title issues through communication with customers, banks, and DMV.
