Overview

The Bi-Lingual Auto Title Specialist at Yield Solutions Group Inc is responsible for assisting consumers in the auto refinancing process by managing vehicle title documentation and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and a keen attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide accurate tax and title estimates using various tools
  • Create orders for title work processing in an online environment
  • Call banks to follow up on missing titles after payoffs
  • Open, sort, and document incoming titles
  • Stage and update system records
  • Forward titles and documentation to title processing vendors
  • Follow up on title problems with customers, banks, title vendors, and DMV
