Established financial services organization with a strong reputation Opportunity to help shape and grow a newly created Data & Analytics department Career growth and advancement opportunities-we promote from within Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits 6% 401(k) match Tuition reimbursement program Flexible remote or hybrid work environment Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements Translate business needs into actionable dashboards and reporting solutions Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform data Perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy Create meaningful visualizations that support business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting opportunities and process improvements Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting as needed Qualifications Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, and query writing Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand business needs
