Overview

Appalachian Ski Mtn. is looking for a Beverage Director to lead their Food & Beverage department. This role follows the transition of a long-standing leader and is set within a family-owned business that values stability and innovation in hospitality. The director will oversee both the high-energy winter season and a more relaxed off-season with a focus on events and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the F&B department year-round as the professional anchor.
  • Recruit, interview, and select a seasonal Sous Chef and staff.
  • Manage labor budgeting and COGS using Excel.
  • Collaborate with management across other resort departments.
  • Identify and execute new revenue opportunities in events.
