No previous industry experience is required. Training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching are provided. What You'll Do Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments. Explain available benefits and options clearly. Answer questions and provide personalized guidance. Assist with applications and digital documentation. Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed. Participate in ongoing training and development. What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills. Professional, organized, and dependable. Comfortable working independently from home. Confident using computers and virtual meeting platforms. Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required.
