Overview In this role you design and manage the end-to-end benefits program across the US, Canada, and Mexico, shaping medical, dental, vision, family support, and financial wellbeing. You will partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal and HRIS to optimize plans, manage budgets, and lead renewal cycles with brokers. You will use data analytics and digital tools to improve efficiency and personalize benefits while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also craft engaging communications to raise benefits literacy and engagement across the workforce. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the end-to-end benefits strategy for the US, Canada and Mexico, including medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programsPartner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, manage budgets, and lead annual renewal processes with external brokers and carriersDesign and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education campaigns to drive financial and benefits literacy across the organizationEnsure strict regulatory compliance with applicable US, Canadian and Mexican requirements by overseeing crucial plan documentation and required federal, state, and local filingsLeverage digital tools, technology integrations, and data analytics to optimize plan efficiency, track utilization trends, and enhance the overall personalization of the benefits functionHave exclusively worked , negotiated with VendorsManaging benefits for Canada and Mexico is a plus Key requirements12+ years of US benefits experienceExperience managing benefits across US, Canada and MexicoStrong collaboration with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRISRegulatory compliance knowledge for US, Canadian and Mexican requirementsVendor management and renewal negotiation experienceData analytics and use of digital tools to optimize benefitsEngagement-focused benefits communicationscross-functional collaborationclear communicationbenefits literacyHRISdata analyticsdigital tools for benefits management
