This is a fully remote opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with others, communicating clearly, and building long-term client relationships. Position Overview As a Benefits Enrollment Agent, you will meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments to review their benefit needs, explain available options, answer questions, and assist with the enrollment process. You will also provide ongoing support to existing clients with benefit reviews, updates, and service requests. No previous industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the role and develop professionally.
