Job Description

Overview

Quadrant Health Group is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians for various shifts in Princeton Junction, NJ. The role involves supporting clients in a holistic outpatient treatment facility, ensuring their well-being and contributing to a positive therapeutic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and families
  • Collect and supervise urine analysis testing and document appropriately
  • Observe self-administration of medication and maintain documentation
  • Conduct patient rounds every 30 minutes and complete vital signs
  • Facilitate groups, outings, and educational sessions
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and ethical standards
  • Participate in team meetings and training as needed

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention and patient confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
