Provide detailed annotations and explanations that support AI model development in understanding nuanced human behavior. Develop scenario-based training materials drawing from real-world behavioral expertise. Collaborate with project leads to refine annotation guidelines and ensure quality deliverables. Review, evaluate, and offer feedback on AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness. Document insights and best practices for interpreting complex interpersonal interactions. Contribute to ongoing process improvement through subject matter expertise. Preferred Qualifications Background in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater/acting coaching, or a related field involving behavioral observation and analysis. Demonstrated ability to identify subtle changes in tone, speech, body language, and gestures. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and nuance. Experience creating training materials or facilitating skills development in others. Attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in deliverables.
