Develop scenario-based training materials drawing from real-world behavioral expertise. Collaborate with project leads to refine annotation guidelines and ensure quality deliverables. Review, evaluate, and offer feedback on AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness. Document insights and best practices for interpreting complex interpersonal interactions. Contribute to ongoing process improvement through subject matter expertise. Preferred Qualifications Background in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater/acting coaching, or a related field involving behavioral observation and analysis.
