Overview

ABS Kids is seeking bilingual Behavior Technicians and RBTs in Menifee, California, offering variable part-time shifts tailored to candidate availability. The role includes providing ABA therapy and support to children with autism spectrum disorder, with training provided for those without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Use play and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills to children
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
  • Help children develop essential life skills such as personal hygiene and social skills

Required skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
  • 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
  • Reliable transportation to client homes
  • Tech-savvy with data collection software and basic office tools
  • Calm and steady demeanor, with an eagerness to engage and play
