Overview

ABS Kids is seeking Behavior Technicians/RBTs in Hemet, California, offering part-time shifts and an opportunity for meaningful work with children. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or another language can earn premium pay, and bonuses are available based on experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Use play and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
  • Help children develop essential life skills such as motor skills and personal hygiene

Required skills

  • 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Reliable transportation to travel between locations
  • Tech savviness to learn data collection software
  • Strong communication and time management skills
