Overview

ABS Kids is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) individuals for the role of Behavior Technician/RBT in Hemet, California. This position offers flexible part-time shifts for entry-level to experienced candidates, with the opportunity for premium pay and bonuses based on experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Use play and ABA therapy techniques to teach real-life skills to children with autism
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
  • Help children develop essential life skills such as motor skills and personal hygiene

Required skills

  • 6+ months experience working with children or adults with special needs
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Tech savvy with basic office software
  • Ability to move quickly and get up and down off the floor
