Overview

ABS Kids is looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) Behavior Technicians or RBTs to support children with autism through ABA therapy. This role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Use play and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Help children develop essential life skills
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff

Required skills

  • 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
  • Tech savviness for data collection software and basic office software
  • Calm and steady presence with a heart for helping kids
