Job Description: School-Based Behavioral Interventionist Location: Caldwell, Idaho Schedule: School-Based Daytime Hours Pay: $29-$32/hour A Role That Supports Student Growth and Success At Care Options for Kids, our school-based Behavioral Interventionists play a vital role in helping students build positive behaviors, strengthen social skills, and succeed academically. This role is designed for professionals who are patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting students in a structured school environment. In this position, you'll work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and collect data to guide instruction. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent strategies across settings and help create supportive, predictable learning environments.
