MUST HAVE a Masters Degree in applicable field of study: Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, Psychology or another applied health service area of Psychology (including but not limited to: special education, social work or counseling)2. Ability to provide official transcripts and diploma3. Ability to complete at least 10 continuing education credits per yearHR File:1. Must be able to complete background checks without any issues or concerns reported2. Must possess an active driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance3. Must be able to obtain personal liability insuranceClientele:1. Ability to work with individuals with a wide range of abilities2. Ability to work with veterans and military population3. Ability to work in groups with colleagues as needed.4. Ability to take on an intern, as needed.5. Must be able/willing to transport clients in your vehicleJob Duties:1. Ability to work on your own as well as take direction from others2.Must complete the client Assessment/s and Behavior Support Plan within 45 days of initial client contact3. Ability to think outside of the box to best advocate for your client's needs and independence4. Analysis data to form baseline and track trends5. Ability to attend a once-a-month virtual contractor/company meeting.6. Provide ongoing training and support to staff/family members of the client on implementation of the plan7. Attend client meetings as scheduled8. Must be able to effectively communicate with your client, their team members, and New Wave Wellness colleagues.9. Must be able to obtain valid CPR/1st Aid Training and obtain a negative TB test.10. Respond to crisis situations for all persons served11.
