Cowboy Jack's Saloon in Altoona, Wisconsin, is looking for experienced bartenders to join their team. The venue is known for its lively atmosphere, large indoor and outdoor bar areas, and strong patronage, making it a fun place to work, especially during their popular happy hours.

Key responsibilities

  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide superior customer service and exceed guest expectations
  • Sell drinks and menu items
  • Maintain knowledge of standard menu and adapt items per customer requests
  • Ensure recipe standards are met and fulfill order requirements accurately
  • Utilize tools and equipment effectively
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Assist in stocking and organizing products
  • Notify management of potential inventory needs
  • Maintain health and food safety standards
  • Clean and sanitize the bar area

Required skills

  • 1+ years of bartending experience
  • Hospitality experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer programs (Focus, Margin Edge, Chow Now, Eat Street, 7 Shifts)
  • Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course and Bartender License
