Overview

As a Barista at Summer Moon Coffee, you'll be part of a rapidly growing premium coffee brand dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. Working in a high-energy, efficient team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each interaction with customers is fast, fresh, friendly, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate company culture and values
  • Maintain solid knowledge of menu offerings and provide product details to customers
  • Learn all Barista positions to ensure proper customer service and prevent backups
  • Field and direct customer complaints
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock work areas and equipment
  • Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment
