Overview

The Banking Central Operations Specialist role at Marquee Staffing involves providing exceptional customer service while handling incoming and outgoing wire transfers. This position requires attention to detail and regulatory compliance to mitigate risks associated with banking transactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Process domestic and USD international wire transfers daily
  • Perform customer call backs for potentially fraudulent activity
  • Reconcile wire activity with the Federal Reserve Bank
  • Handle service messages, drawdowns, returns, and reversal requests
  • Research and resolve inquiries related to wire transfers
  • Create advice notifications upon customer request
  • Monitor and process incoming and outgoing wires
  • Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Independently handle complex operational issues when needed
  • Maintain reliable attendance
