This role partners closely with market leadership to drive branch success, support business development efforts, strengthen community relationships, and cultivate an engaged, high-performing team.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, building relationships with clients and centers of influence, and delivering personalized banking solutions.
