Overview

As a B2B Sales Representative at Badger Daylighting, you will manage a territory, engaging with both established clients and prospective customers to drive sales. This commission-eligible role involves significant travel, presenting sales strategies, and forming strong customer relationships to achieve revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streams
  • Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Deliver presentations and sales strategies
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends
  • Collaborate with local branch on sales plans
  • Track and manage opportunities in CRM

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, mining or environmental services
  • Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships
  • Confidence in presenting and negotiating deals
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
