Overview

Sevita is looking for a dedicated caregiver to provide quality services and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves assisting individuals in achieving their developmental goals and enhancing their independence both at home and in the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants
  • Support participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist with personal hygiene and handle behavioral challenges
  • Take initiative to engage participants in their favorite activities

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
