Overview

Groupe Theetge is seeking an experienced technical advisor to join their team at Mercedes-Benz St-Nicolas. This role involves being a trusted intermediary between clients and the service department, ensuring a high-end customer experience through effective listening, advice, and transparency.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet clients at the service department
  • Define the scope of repairs with the client
  • Explain estimated time and costs for services
  • Supervise repair or maintenance processes to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate any additional necessary tasks to clients
  • Document all work performed and parts required
  • Conclude service delivery

Required skills

  • Diploma or equivalent experience in a similar role at an automotive dealership
  • Experience with German brand products is an asset
  • Knowledge of CDK / ADP system is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good general knowledge of automotive vehicles
  • Proficient in PC and office applications (MS Office, Internet, Intranet, ADP, EVA, One-Eighty, etc.)
