Overview

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Avionics Installer II for their Saint Louis location. The role requires proven experience in aircraft wiring installation and repair, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the removal and installation of avionics electrical components
  • Fabricate wire harnesses and perform installations, terminations, and tests of avionics/electrical systems
  • Ensure work meets regulatory requirements and customer specifications
  • Maintain logs and records of work completed
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area and properly care for tools and equipment

Required skills

  • Proven experience in aircraft wiring installation and repair
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring schematics
  • Experience with 3D modeling tools or digital work instructions
  • Knowledge of standard avionics tools and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills and general software knowledge
