The Mobile Automotive Technician at Pro Fleet Solutions plays a vital role in maintaining commercial and medium-duty fleets at peak performance by providing on-site diagnosis and repair services. The position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing schedules and inventory.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and medium-duty vehicles.
  • Complete routine services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
  • Deliver exceptional service focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a mobile service vehicle stocked with necessary tools and parts.
  • Document all services performed and parts used accurately.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Work independently while connected to a supportive team.

Required skills

  • Two years of mechanical automotive experience, particularly with medium-duty vehicles
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engines, brakes, electrical systems, and more
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with digital tools and mobile applications for documentation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Toolbox with essential tools
  • Valid automotive technician certification (e.g., ASE certification) preferred
