Overview

AAA Tidewater VA Ccc LLC is seeking Automotive Technicians for their Car Care Centers in Suffolk, Virginia. The position offers a sign-on bonus for qualified individuals, with a focus on performing diagnostics and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform minor diagnostics on automobiles as required
  • Repair vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications including brakes, suspension, and more
  • Utilize software to obtain parts and labor requirements for repairs
  • Communicate with service writer and manager about repair status
  • Perform state safety inspections as needed
  • Keep work area clean and safe
  • Assist Lead Technician and other level technicians
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • State Inspection License
  • Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
  • Ability to operate passenger vehicles and light to medium-duty trucks
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair
