McMahon's Best-One Tire & Auto Care is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join their Professional Automotive Service team in New Haven, Indiana. This role emphasizes integrity and quality in automotive service, offering significant support for career growth and development within a reputable company that has been part of the community for over 50 years.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform complex vehicle systems diagnostics using various tools and test procedures
  • Provide reliable and accurate vehicle repair recommendations
  • Conduct in-depth repairs on vehicle systems including A/C, electrical, engine, and more
  • Inspect vehicles and report potential repairs to service advisors
  • Mentor junior technicians when possible
  • Read and execute work orders thoroughly

Required skills

  • 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • ASE certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
  • Full set of hand tools and tool storage
  • Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and repair
  • Customer service skills
  • Mentorship abilities
