Overview

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Blain's Farm & Fleet, you will provide quality customer service while performing automotive services efficiently. Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases in a sales-focused environment and managing service work using the VAST system.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform automotive services and provide quality customer service
  • Assist customers with purchases and service recommendations
  • Utilize computers to manage product inventory and work orders
  • Process customer payments and perform retail cashier duties
  • Install batteries, balance wheels, and repair/install tires as needed
  • Perform oil changes using LOF procedures
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies

Required skills

  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • Proficient in reading and speaking English
  • Prior auto repair experience preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
