Benny and Sons Body Shop is looking for an Automotive Refinish Technician to join their team in Rockford, IL. This role involves working on a variety of vehicles, focusing on collision repair, painting, and vehicle restoration services, while ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform automotive maintenance and repair tasks
  • Conduct quality control inspections on vehicles
  • Paint and refinish vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition
  • Inspect and repair electrical systems
  • Weld and perform installations as needed

Required skills

  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
  • Experience with electrical systems and hydraulics
  • Proficiency in using hand tools for general repairs
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and quality control inspection
