Chastang Ford is growing our retail Quick Lane and will soon be building a stand-alone facility near downtown Houston,Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Quick Lane technicians and advisors Provide highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair services Ensure client satisfaction Ensure the facility is warm and inviting Provide courteous, polite, and professional customer service with a smileQualifications: Exceptional customer service skills Previous experience in a Quick Lane or other fast lube type facility Ability to lead and motivate others to perform at a high level Ability to communicate well with customers and maximize the care and services that are provided Excellent computer skills Bilingual (English/Spanish)THE LOCATIONChastang Ford is located near the center of Houston, Texas, on the North East corner of Loop 610.WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY You love working with the public.
