BEST ONE TIRE & SERVICE is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role focuses on providing general vehicle maintenance services, emphasizing teamwork and customer satisfaction, as the company aims to create a positive environment for both employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general services for vehicle maintenance and repair such as oil changes and tire rotation
  • Assist teammates in performing technical activities
  • Minimize customer complaints through efficient repair services
  • Maintain shop equipment and adhere to safety and environmental practices
  • Communicate mechanical repair problems to store management
  • Operate equipment and customer vehicles safely
  • Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience with vehicle repairs (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Experience in passenger/light truck install & maintenance, oil changes, tire repair
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
