Key responsibilities

  • Perform disassembly, repair, painting, and reassembly of damaged parts
  • Use cutting torch and perform minor welding
  • Comply with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers
  • Display attention to detail in all tasks
  • Work independently and manage schedules effectively
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Experience in auto body repair including frame, panel, filler, and paint finish
  • Knowledge of paint application and painting systems
  • Mechanical skills in welding and fabrication
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stress
