Pay Range $100,000.00-$150,100.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. We are seeking a Developer to lead the design, development, support, and modernization of enterprise automation solutions. This role serves as the primary owner of RPA bot operations while driving the evolution toward scalable, API-driven integration patterns. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on RPA development expertise with production support experience and a deep understanding of enterprise integrations (SAP, Microsoft ecosystem, APIs). This role will partner with business and IT teams to improve operational efficiency, ensure reliability of existing automations, and build next-generation solutions using modern automation and integration practices. Key Responsibilities Automation Development & DeliveryDesign, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using RPA solutions such as Automation Anywhere (A360) and Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)Build reusable automation components, frameworks, and scalable workflowsAnalyze business processes and identify automation opportunitiesPerform code reviews, debugging, testing, optimization, and performance tuning Production Support & OperationsServe as the primary point of contact for RPA bot support and operationsMonitor bot execution, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve production issues quicklyManage tickets, perform break-fix support, and ensure operational continuityExecute minor enhancements, configuration updates, and credential changesMaintain high availability and reliability for business-critical automations Integration & ModernizationDesign and support integrations with enterprise systems (SAP ECC, Microsoft tools, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Jira)Develop and maintain API-based integrations using REST/SOAP servicesModernize legacy and UI-dependent automations into more scalable, secure, API-driven solutionsCollaborate with integration platforms such as webMethods or equivalent Governance, Documentation & Best PracticesDevelop and maintain Process Design Document (PDD), Solutions Design Document (SDD), runbooks, and operational documentationApply best practices for testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle managementEnsure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirementsSupport CI/CD practices and version control processes (Git/Azure DevOps) Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, QA, and IT teamsContribute to RPA roadmap, maturity initiatives, and continuous improvement programsProvide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams Required QualificationsStrong experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with development and support of Microsoft Power AutomateProven experience in production support, incident management, and bot operationsExperience with SAP ECC integrations, particularly in finance or operationsStrong k
