The Bilingual Auto Technician / Service Advisor at Concentrix engages with customers through calls and online channels, providing technical support and resolving inquiries related to automotive products and services. This remote role requires a Red Seal 310s license and emphasizes a people-first culture, offering significant career growth and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive calls from dealership auto mechanics and service managers
  • Diagnose automotive problems and provide solutions
  • Handle inquiries from automotive dealerships across Canada & the US
  • Track information and update customer cases
  • Perform follow-ups on existing cases and close them as required
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences

Required skills

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Red Seal 310s automotive license
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 5 years of automotive experience with repairs/diagnostics
  • Strong diagnostic skills and time management
  • Strong communication and computer software skills
