Overview

As an Auto Glass Repair Specialist at Safelite, you will utilize advanced technology to perform vehicle glass repairs while providing exceptional customer service. You will work under experienced technicians to learn the Safelite Way of Fitting and ensure high-quality standards in all repairs.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass through hands-on training and guidance.
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass related issues.
  • Manage work orders, documentation, and customer communication using company technology.
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
  • Clean customer vehicles during repair wait times and perform housekeeping tasks.
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools.
  • Comply with all company policies and standards.
